What is the warranty terms and support terms for the SAN/NAS appliances?

For all NAS/SAN Products we sell:

All the desktop units come with 2 or 3 year warranties, rack mount with 3 or 5 years warranties. In most instances these are all upgradable to a full 5 years within the purchase period.

Do you provide on-site services?

Yes, along with our partners, we offer 5 years Next Business Day On-Site Support for many of our higher end units. This is an option that is offered with enterprise appliances only.
